My name is Maud Vrommant. I work as an HR professional and coach. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources within large multinational companies, as well as an extensive background as individual coach, I understand the challenges that individuals and companies face.

 

This enables me to fulfill my mission:

to guide and inspire people and organizations to embrace positive change and discover their true potential.

 

 

Combining the competencies required to function in the business world with those of a coach is fascinating. It has defined me both as a person and a coach: I enjoy working in a results-oriented manner, with a lot of respect, gentleness, and non-judgment.

In addition, I am married to Pierre and the mother of two young adults. With their honest and straightforward feedback, my children serve as a mirror, helping me realize that I am still a work in progress.

I find joy in being challenged to explore the existing potential within myself and others to facilitate growth.
